4 Ways I Can Help You Buy a Home

Lenders are often identified as the bad guys!  But the reality is that I can actually help you get a loan, even if you are a less-than-ideal home buyer, because of bad credit or lack of a down payment!

Here are four ways I can assist you on the path to homeownership, and some tips to make the most of the relationship.

  1.  Get you pre-approved – If you know you’re ready to buy – before you take a look at a single house – it’s wise to get pre-approved for a mortgage first!  This involves looking at your credit, debt, and income to determine how much money you will be able to borrow.  You could run into problems if you wait to get financing until after you’ve made an offer on a house.  Having a pre-approval gives you and the home seller that assurance that you will be able to get the loan you need when that special house comes your way.
  2. If you can’t get pre-approved, show you how – So, what if you apply for a pre-approval and get denied?  Don’t worry! I will give you a step-by-step path to follow to get a pre-approval!
  3. Show you how to boost your credit score – A common reason for not getting approval is a lousy credit score.  The good news is that you can take action to boost your credit score.  I would be happy to show you what you need to do.  Sometimes we can do a rapid re-score to get very quick results!
  4. Walk you through the down-payment dilemma – 0%?   3.5%?  20%?  You have choices when it comes to down payment.  I will walk you through each loan program to determine the best solution for you!

Give me a call today!  I would love to help you get into the home of your dreams!
